The saying goes: If you don’t like the weather in West Texas, wait five minutes.

So, big change in the weather on this day. Cold and misty. I had to wear a jacket on the trip up to the mountain. I knew not much work was going on but I wanted to see what the house looked like in this cool, wet, misty, mysterious weather.

As I walked around the house, I kept thinking of Scotland. Tony and I visited Scotland–Glasgow, Falkirk, and Edinburgh–back in Summer 2001 on a trip with University of Houston Honors College students.
