April 1
technical
It might be April Fool’s Day, but today up here on the mountain, it is Twenty Day! As you can see, there are twenty courses of adobe blocks now completely around the house. Steve brought up a load of blocks on his big truck and zoomed about on his Spyder placing pallets of adobes at all the stations. These will be the last adobe blocks to be used at the site. I think everyone will be happy about that because these blocks are HEAVY–the big regular blocks weigh about 30 pounds. The men who work on this house do not have to go to the gym to stay in shape, that is certain.
I notice some new wooden boards. Wonder what we will be doing with those? Just wait!
Remember to click on the first image to open up the big Gallery so you can see each image in all its wonder! 😉

Too hot to walk today. This is not a good sign. If it is too hot in April, what will June be like? Yikes!
